    The Volunteer Registration Tent is the first point of contact for volunteers when they arrive at Relay For Life. The Volunteer Registration Tent is a fun and exciting place to be, however can be very busy at times especially during shift changes. This role requires you to welcome and register volunteers as they arrive on-site to start their shift and help them sign-out at the end of their shift. You will also provide volunteers with a t-shirt and a lanyard. 

    The Volunteer Registration Tent will also act as a volunteer bag & item drop-off. Designated volunteers will check-in and check-out bags and items for safe keeping. Volunteers interested in this volunteer opportunity must be outgoing, friendly, have a positive attitude and enjoy working with others.

    Some standing, bending and light lifting is required.

    The Food Tent is always buzzing with activity. Volunteers will help set-up, manage and clean-up this area. Duties during the Breakfast shift may include covering food stations/serving food, basic food preparation, replacing food and drink items, clearing and cleaning tables, and replacing supplies as needed. Most importantly volunteers must keep the dining and food areas clean at all times. Volunteers interested in this role should be outgoing, friendly, have a positive attitude, and enjoy working with others.

    Standing, bending and light lifting is required.

Photographers (amateur or professional) are needed to take high-quality photos of the event. This volunteer opportunity is perfect for a high-energy volunteer photographer who loves taking photos, is friendly, outgoing and has their own camera. Volunteers will be provided with a shot list and an event schedule/map to know when and where key moments will be taking place.
